Early Engagement
The best time to talk to us is during design development. Not after drawings are finalized. Not after pricing is fixed. Not after the rough openings are framed.
When we engage early, we can shape the product selection around the architect’s intent rather than working backward from constraints. We help you understand what each system can and cannot do before those decisions get locked in, and we flag the issues that become expensive later.
Product Guidance
Every project we touch gets thoughtful product recommendations grounded in the conditions of the building, the goals of the design, and the realities of the regional climate. We carry Loewen, Weather Shield, Hausline, Stellar, and Western because each of them does something the others cannot, and matching the right manufacturer to the right project is part of the value we bring.
We do not push product. We match product to project.
Coordination
Once a project is specified, we coordinate directly with the builder, the installer, and the manufacturer to make sure what was selected is what arrives on site, and what arrives on site is installed correctly.
When questions come up mid project, and they always do, we are the single point of contact. No phone tag with the manufacturer. No guesswork on site.
Installation
The integrity of a specification depends on the quality of the install. We work directly with your builders and installers to make sure they have the knowledge, the training, and the manufacturer documentation to get the details right.
If you do not have an installer in mind, we can recommend factory trained partners across Western Pennsylvania who have proven they can deliver to the standard the work demands.
After the Building Is Done
A window or door is a system that lives with the home for decades. Hardware adjusts. Seals settle. Finishes age. We stay reachable for the projects we touch, and we work with manufacturers directly when service is needed.
The relationship does not end at substantial completion. That is when most of the relationship begins.

This is the work that goes beyond a quote: written specifications, detailed installation drawings, performance modeling, sequencing guidance, and direct involvement from design development through closeout. We act as the fenestration consultant of record, working alongside the architect to ensure every opening is documented, defended, and delivered exactly as drawn.
